It is close to shopping, Whole Foods, Home Depot, King Soopers and restaurants as well as public transportation. There are great parks and nature trails nearby.
No pets and NO smoking is allowed in the unit.
The rent is only $1,200 per month and a $1,200 security deposit required. Application fee is $35 per adult. We require renters insurance and a one year lease.
