Description

4-5 minute WALK to the Agua Hedionda Lagoon and a 5 minute drive to the Pacific Ocean. This home is located in the sweet spot of Carlsbad, where you're close to the ocean but not too close where you won't have the room that you need. The spacious open floor plan is fantastic, but the 1100 sq ft lawn with artificial grass is great too. Quiet with palms blowing in the soft breeze.

This is an HOA community that is well maintained and equipped with a tennis court and pool. The home has a dedicated downstairs office and a large living room with high ceilings. The kitchen and dining area lead to the wrap around patio. This is the biggest lot in the entire development (4400 SqFt)

We have attached pictures of the yard, the second bedroom, the living room (2), and the kitchen. We are in the processing painting the master bedroom and can get those to interested parties.

Upstairs you will find the bedrooms separated by one hallway. Some furnishing can be negotiated upon request (i.e. TVs, Tables, appliances)

The drive to Camp Pendleton is 8 minutes to the gate. You're minutes from Carlsbad Village where you will find restaurants, shopping, and a sidewalk that traverses the ocean. 3 minute drive from Vons, Rite Aid, Pizza, etc. This is a very active city. You're about 30min from downtown San Diego.
