In the past few years, this school has gone above and beyond for its students to succeed and be engaged in the classroom. They implement many safety regulations, have 95% free/reduced lunch as well as extended days for students from low-income households, and encourage students to participate in clubs such as the chess club, art club, choir, and much more. The teaching styles are very equitable for life skills and ELL, which is important as the students feel like they are part of the classroom. In addition, the faculty and staff remain in communication with each other and the parents to address any concerns about the student's well-being. The school has had a rating of A+ for a few years now, and if you take the time to visit the school you will understand. I have heard many times that the students are eager to come to school and many even say how they don't wish to return home because of all the fun they are having.
