    "THIS LITTLE SUBDIVISION HAS ONLY 4 CABINS. IT IS QUIET AND PEACEFUL CONTRY LIVING. IT IS 7 MILES FROM LOCUST GROVE,OK AND 1/2 MILE FROM PEGGS, OK. SHOPPING IS LIMITED BUT TULSA IS LESS THAN 40 MINUTES AWAY AND TALLEQUAH,OK IS JUST 22 MILES ON HWY 82 SOUTH. RECOMMEND THIS FOR A RETIRED COUPLE THAT WOULD ENJOY SOME ACREAGE AND PEACEFUL LIVING. IT HAS A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AND IS DOES HAVE SOME COVENANTS THAT KEEPS THE SUBDIVISION DESIREABLE. THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND NO SIDE WALKS FOR WALKABILITY. BUT WITH ACREAGE THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM TO WALK, HAVE FLOWER GARDENS AND EVEN A VEGETABLE GARDEN. NIEGHBORS ARE PLESANT AND QUIET. "
