5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageYou get out what YOU are willing to put in in any area of education! We can place blame on the school system for only so much of what the kids are not willing to do or study. Rough Home lives? Working families that are unable to assist our kids? Learning issues? Attention deficit? Crestwood high school has tremendous strength in building children that will be buildable! We spent nearly $500 a month in private schools with no help for a learning delay in my son’s ability to retain information! He was belittled in private school by teachers and students! We switched over to Crestwood and children introduced themselves to my son, treated him like a friend on the first day! There is more government money available for public school and they are providing tutoring, IEP, 504 Plans put in place! The teachers build my son every day along with the other students at Crestwood! And it’s all for free! Wow. Like I said you get out what you want to put in!Parent Review3y ago2 Reviews - Shaw Heights Elementary

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy granddaughter gets beat up gets picked on, on the drive home with 77 kids on 1 bus she's been smacked she's been hit over and over by a teenager with a big rubber band snapping her neck over and over as she ask him to stop nicely and he didn't. I have pictures and her name on the bus is white girl. Nothing has been done about it as we have talked to everyone. Also it's not safe for any driver to have that many children on the bus.Parent Review3y ago3 Reviews - Ebenezer Middle

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy time at Ebenezer has truly flown by.I’ve made so many wonderful memories here, and it’s hard to believe it’s already time to say goodbye. The years I spent at this school were filled with laughter, learning, and growth. I’m especially grateful to the many kind and supportive teachers who made a lasting impact on me.Thank you, Ebenezer, for being such a special part of my life. I’ll miss you dearly!Student Review10mo ago9 Reviews - High Hills Elementary

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe just PCS'd here a few months ago and due to lack of options put our daughter at High Hills. There are good and bad things about this school. The curriculum is adequate for the grade level. However , you have to be very involved in your child's education because the school sucks at keeping parents informed as to what is required. Your child's grades can be viewed on-line but no graded work is ever sent home. If you have a question, you have to go ask the teacher to see the work. If your child has missing work you will never know until it is time for parent teacher conferences and those are a joke. No time is scheduled, you just show up and hope to talk with the teacher. There is also a big problem with bullying at this school and nothing seems to get done unless you get the principle involved. Most of the staff honestly care about the kids, but it seems like they are burned out over lack of parent involvement so they don't try to communicate with parents unless you initiate the contact. I gave the school a 3 star rating, not because of the curriculum, but because of the lack of communication and bullying problem. The education is there, you just have to stay involved.Parent Review10y ago5 Reviews - Check out schools near 4805 Cotton Acres Rd.
