Two bedrooms, one full bath, kitchen, living room, and 3-season porch plus a 2.5 car garage with attached storage. Friess Lake is a 121 acre lake in Washington County with a maximum depth of 48 feet; great for swimming, fishing, and boating. The lake has panfish, largemouth bass, northern, and walleye. Directions: Riverview Drive is approx. one mile west of State Rd 164 on Holy Hill Rd (167), or approx. 5 miles west of Hwy 41/45. Travelling west on Holy Hill Rd, turn left (south) onto Riverview Drive. Take the first right and follow the road around the circle. 4801 is on the lake (right) side of the road. House has gray vinyl siding. (There is no for sale sign.)
