AND what about SENIOR housing opportunities? Advertised but not available or or in excess of demand by thousands of affordability standards 😕"

    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 8 years and love it here!! We have a trail head that lead to four parks, the shopping centers, inner coastal, and the beach. All which are mostly canopied in old mature trees. I love raising my children here, this area is very family friendly!!"
