Rustic living room with reclaimed wood walls, ornamental fireplace with white ship lap, high white ceiling with dimmable hi hat lighting. Large sliding windows looking out to the partial river views and cool breezes.
The bedroom is off the living room and has 2 closets and a ceiling fan and large sliding glass windows. The second bedroom is a smaller loft-like bedroom with closets and storage. Each bedroom has partial views and lots of windows. Off the kitchen is a sunroom with 6 windows looking out to yard. This room is great as a den, dining room or tv room. It has a pot belly wood burning stove in this room and a laundry-closet with a full size washer and dryer.
Pavered patio with lovely Japanese Maple tree for shade and a small grass yard with surrounding trees and bushes.for The yard is fenced in and private and there is a garage for storage only (no cars please)
2 car parking on the side driveway.
The cottage is located in the sleepy riverside community of Breton Woods which was built in the 1930's as a summer destination.
Located about 3 miles from the Ocean by way of Mantoloking Road. Brick town has 3 public beaches for it's resident to use. About 3 miles to Exit 89 on GSParkway. Shopping is about 1.5 miles to the Shop Rite , Trader Joe's and Costco.
No smoking or vaping in the house or on the property.

Good credit is required, proof of employment and salary is required.
The house is a cottage, we prefer just two people. The tenant is responsible for mowing the lawn and landscaping. No smoking and no vaping in the house or on the property.
Tenant pays all the utilities. The tenant pays for water/sewer, heat, A/C, hot water, electric, and cooking gas .
Security deposit is $3385 (1.5 x rent)
A small, quiet, well behaved pet is ok, there is an additional $250 for pet security
Looking for a 2 year lease with a 3% increase for the second year
