About this House

Please read the add in its entirety. This is a 1st floor apartment located in the Bernon District, Bernon park on same street, mostly a single family neighborhood located about 1/4 mile from the North Smithfield Line / 146 . It's a 2 bedroom with another room used as an office. There are hardwoods throughout, except the dining room and bath area which is vinyl planking.. It's gas baseboard heat and newer thermopane windows, also fully insulated walls. Heating cost for winter as told by residing tenant approximately $150.00 a month. This is a very quiet neighborhood and building. Looking to rent to people who are quiet and respectful of the property and considerate of the other tenants.
