About this House

Beautiful condo with nice outdoor space with a view of the Livermore hills. The exquisite clubhouse and pool area would be available for use, though both have been closed due to the COVID-19 guidelines and repairs during this time. The community definitely lends itself to resort living, and the location has easy access to I-580 and shopping. The common areas are beautifully maintained, and the neighbors very nice. Even though the area is high density, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

The condo is just under 1,700 square feet; the entire living area is all on one floor, ground level; a full 2 car garage is below ground and has a flight of stairs to the first floor living level; the full 3 bedrooms are spacious; the master bedroom has a walk in closet and large master bathroom ensuite with a stand alone soaking tub. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are separated by the kitchen, living room and dining room from the master bedroom and can be shut off by a sliding door. One of the other bedrooms has a balcony with a beautiful view right off of it. The laundry room is inside the unit and a very nice size.

First and last month rent due upon signing, legal rental agreement, credit approval, proof of contents insurance and employment verification. Rental rate is $3,500 per month unfurnished; $3,800 furnished. Open to pets with a deposit of $1,200. No smoking.

"East Dublin could be more ethnically diverse. I wish we had a central downtown area that was walkable With shops, like what Pleasanton has. Overall, still a wonderful city to live."

  • Loren M.
"Iโ€™ve been in the Dublin area over 14 years. Itโ€™s growing fast, demographics have definitely changed. The planning of the city at times is confusing and makes no sense. Theft is high like many suburb type cities. Otherwise itโ€™s a nice and safe city. "
  • Gr8mom-rn
