So although it is estimated that the septic system was designed for (2) bedrooms, the actual # of bedrooms that the septic system is designed for is unknown. Once inside there is a living room, separate kitchen with a pass-thru and dining area off the kitchen, a main level bedroom and full bath. A sliding glass door that had formerly been the main entrance to the front of the house, was removed and boarded up on the outside when new sheetrock and new flooring were installed in the living room in the past as an upgrade, at which time a new main entrance door was installed which has been used since. However, the sellers say that a new sliding glass door can be installed where the sliding glass door was removed, for a 2nd front entrance to the house. The upper level of the house offers a very large room that can be used as an office, a game room, and/or family room and has (2) sets of sliding glass doors that open onto an upper-level spacious covered front porch. There is also a 2nd full bath with a walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom - and an additional "bonus" room across the hall, both of which have sliding glass doors that open onto a rear deck. Note that this rear deck is an item that is in need of repair so the sellers have placed a sign on the "bonus" room sliding glass door leading onto it, that no one is to walk out onto this upper rear deck showings, to ensure the safety of all. The heat source on the main level of the house is a hook-up for a propane wall heater in the living room and electric baseboard heat in the bathroom. The heat source on the upper level of the house is electric radiant heat in the ceilings, an electric baseboard heater in the 2nd upper-level bathroom, and vent openings the floor of the large office, or game, and/or family room directly above the living room which was heated with propane heat from a propane wall heater behind the entrance door to the house. The house does not have a central air system for cooling.
