The upper level of the house offers a very large room that can be used as an office, a game room, and/or family room and has (2) sets of sliding glass doors that open onto an upper-level spacious covered front porch. There is also a 2nd full bath with a walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom - and an additional "bonus" room across the hall, both of which have sliding glass doors that open onto a rear deck. Note that this rear deck is an item that is in need of repair so the sellers have placed a sign on the "bonus" room sliding glass door leading onto it, that no one is to walk out onto this upper rear deck showings, to ensure the safety of all. The heat source on the main level of the house is a hook-up for a propane wall heater in the living room and electric baseboard heat in the bathroom. The house does not have a central air system for cooling.
