New windows. Main level deck remodeled - new wood railing. New carpet on main level in 2013. Kitchen and DR totally remodeled in 2011 with Pergo flooring, new appliances, honey oak cabinetry we designed, stained & installed, granite countertops & new tile backsplash.

It can be tricky to get places in the winter because there are only a handful of routes to take and they all are full of curves or hills. "

Such a wonderful combination of safety, water sports, great bike trail, easy access to great restaurants like Lord Fletchers on the lake and others in Wayzata and Excelsior. Very low taxes for the benefit of the area with award winning schools. "

    "This is a great area for families as the schools are just fantastic and the recreation is so family friendly. Take the trails for hours with your dogs or your kids on bikes. Or park your boat at a city dock and spend your summer evenings on the water with them both. "
