Description

The insulation was blown in, made of recycled newspaper treated with a fire retardant, with superior insulation properties of anything on the market. Plenty of storage, there is a full basement the size of the existing house, a storage shed, and an original carriage house.

There are 3 mature fruit trees in the yard, a pear and plum in the front, an apple on the side. Deer can be seen feeding from the fruit that drops from the trees during the summer. Centrally located, only 4 blocks from Taco Bell and Smiths Grocery Store. Although it is close to town, its at the end of a dead end street that doesn't get much traffic. The neighborhood is quiet, and close to schools.
