Beautiful back porch with seating area and a grill. Shed in back with bikes that can be used. Quiet neighborhood with convenient walk to shops/restaurants/grocery store/bank. Very close to the bus line. The house is located across the street from West Penn hospital. About a 10-15 min walk to Children's hospital or Shadyside hospital. Short bus ride to CMU/Carlow/Chatham/Univ of Pittsburgh...........
