We are looking to sell our corner townhome, located in Silver Lake Eagle Mountain UT.

The home is right next to Saratoga Springs LDS temple. You could see it as you’re walking around the neighborhood.

Costco, Smiths, Walmart, Vasa, and etc. are right down the road and is about a 5-10 minute drive. McDonald’s and Ridley’s is a 5 minute drive away.

We are looking to sell our townhome without involving any realtors on both ends. We have a real estate attorney who is willing to write up the contract for both parties and we can negotiate pricing as you would help us out with avoiding hefty realtor fees.

The house is kept in amazing condition, and comes with water softener and LED Remi-Halo air purification. You just need to put salt in the giant tube-tank in the basement. For a giant bag, you could get it at Costco for around $4-5 per bag. Depending on how much water you use, it lasts us a couple of months.

    "There are a lot of schools and many are max capacity as they can’t seem to keep up with the growth of the area. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."
