Description

Cozy home very well laid out for maximum use. Updated home: All electrical has been updated as well as new roof put on in 2014. We added a french drain and sump pump in 2015 to make drainage around the house efficient.Open floor plan with kitchen bar- cook dinner while entertaining guest' or keeping an eye on the small ones. Fireplace has an efficient wood burning insert. Our heating bill was between $30-$60 all winter long when we lived there. Floating wood floor in all dry areas. Water resistant laminate in bathrooms, kitchen, laundry/mud room. Garage is 280 square feet automatic garage door opener. A lockable storage room off to the side. The house has a large front lawn, and a lovely front porch from which to enjoy it from. In 2016 we planted several sour cherry trees, and some berry bushes on the front lawn. There is a small room on the main floor that may be used as a formal dining room. We used it as an exercise room. Lots of counter top linear feet and cabinet space in the kitchen. Move in Ready!     "Sims Park is Literally rite next door. the Lakefront is also Super Super Close . So it’s always safer to keep and eye on children playing outside alone , atleast for the smaller children. There is always the Memorial Day events that pass rite in from of the complex. The older residents are super sweet and actually do their own beautifying in front of their buildings. "
