About this House

We have a cute, well done house for rent in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Brand new updates include plumbing, furnace, AC, blinds, and bathroom vanity. The house has been freshly painted in neutral colors. It has stainless steel appliances and an over the range microwave. The kitchen and bath have been updated within the last 10 years as have the majority of the light fixtures. Living room and dining have coved ceilings, while the rest of the house has crown molding. Floors are all wood or tile. There is a great fenced backyard for a dog. While not finished, the basement is usable with tall ceilings and washer/dryer hook ups.
Deposit is one month's rent. If you have pets, we require a $200 non-refundable pet deposit. We're looking to have someone start a lease in May, but are willing to let you move in immediately without pro-rating rent. Tenant is responsible for water, trash, electric and gas. Owner provides lawn care or is willing to take off rent during summer if tenant takes care of it.
