This apartment is definitely for you because it is 723 in square footage. Our existing tenants love the place because it is a quiet and a nice place to live in. The building is well-maintained by the owners. The owners attend to issues and correct problems as they arise. They care about their tenants. They also care about their apartment because several improvements were made to the property since purchase in 2016, to make it a better livable place for their tenants. The apartment provides:
1. Self-cleaning gas oven.
2. Refrigerator with glass shelves.
3. New interior doors (bedroom, bedroom closet, bathroom, living room closet and entry door to the apartment).
4. For tenant's convenience, a coin-operated Speed Queen washer & dryer is available for use by all tenants in the building. Landlord pays for water.
5. A single car garage door with automatic garage door opener is included in the rent.
6. Central heating system using an efficient water boiler. Heating is paid for by the landlord.
7. Storage area in the basement.
8. New GFCI inside the bathroom.
9. A new window AC unit will be provided in the bedroom.

1. Month-to-month lease. The rent includes a one-car garage with remote control. 2. Tenant will pay & pass the screening process. 3. Tenant makes 2(X)-3(X) the monthly rent. 4. Tenant must be able to submit electronically the rent on the first of the month. 5. Tenant does not smoke. 6 Tenant does not own pets. 7. Tenant pays only for electricity & gas usage inside their apartment. 8. This apartment is only for one tenant who works.
