About this House

Historically registered Hamby Apartments now called the Adobe Abode. Originally 7 units, now 4 finished units and one more in progress to create some larger one bedroom spaces. Three active Airbnb spaces that are very popular and busy. Regular monthly income with spreadsheets available. New owner could live there and rent out the other spaces creating mortgage payment. Mineral well on premises, about 100 degrees, with three tubs for units and one cow trough in back for privacy, needs work. Price includes all furnishings but a few treasures which we would take with us, like bedside tables, nothing serious. Renter in unit 4 has shown interest in running the space if necessary, she is competent. Beautiful landscaping and gardens, timered watering system. Gas and electric up to date and functional. One large two room space is unfinished but painted and usable for storage, no finished bathroom. On site parking. More pictures to come of the inside of the units.

"Neighborhood is quiet. People keep their dogs in their yards. It’s safe to walk outside any time day or night. People are friendly and neighbors get to know each other keeping an eye on your property when you are gone. "

"I have visited T or C for many years, and love the serenity and beauty of the area. There are ample nice restaurants and stores, and it's in a great location for short trips to wonderful places such as Elephant Butte and Mesilla."
