"Training the owners to keep dogs away from other people’s front yards and making yet another marking place. Neighbors don’t want dog marking spots anymore than a dumping station. "
  • Eva.fimbres
"The neighborhood is easy accessible but the 2 lane Hwy is very dangerous because of all the irresponsible drivers and when there is an accident, it’s a big inconvenience."
  • Letrice Gilmore
"Quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are friendly and polite. I have resided here since 2010. I love the prices and it’s very economical."
  • Our home
"I use my own transportation to commute as I have children, it is a short drive from point A to point B. "
  • Jeanette K.
"Its a nice neighborhood with lots of parks, however, if you want cell service you need to have a booster from the cell company and use your wifi. Its also farther out from stores."
  • Vicandjulie
"Block parties every few months put on by the neighbors. Community garage sales every few months as well."
  • Milta M.
"I would live in Johnson Ranch not Cooper Basin. Friendly place and fun to be at if you like more of a ah"
  • Melanie M.
"So far, it’s a 10 minute drive to get to San Tan. Not too bad. Bad reception for cell service out here"
  • Melissa M.
"We have many events through the months. Bingo, wine and dine, kids night out, movies and concerts in the park as well as bi-annual festivals. "
  • Sandy D.
"are community lives dogs.Theres always people out walking with their dogs. What I dont like is when owners don't stop to pick up their poo."
  • Imperfectbeauty15

  • Imperfectbeauty15

  • Emma D.
"I stay local commute can be hard because if the 2 lanes. During rush hour the commute can be frustrating. "
  • Janie McBride
"We have a nice pool and Ramadas, parks, tennis, walking trails, splash pad, volleyball, playgrounds and a K to 8 school."
  • Biancaromero75
"No good. We live in the boonies. There is no public transportation. We need more stores here then maybe we’ll have more passerby "
  • Terry_kendrick
"Being in the retirement portion (Sun City)of the development does not allow much involvement in the family portion (Parkside) which should be kept in mind, but I believe everything from the developer side is well done and if I were young again I would be happy raising a family here. Being in the country vs city is the defining difference, but everyone of all ages we have asked expresses satisfaction and happiness with their choice. Available big city options such as tertiary medical services, without living in a crush of people, is to my wife and I a plus."
  • Trulia User
"I have lived in Florence for 13 years. The neighborhood that I live in is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The town has a small town vibe but with some current-day elements. "
  • Lizette K.
"None that I know of. I work in Queen Creek. I'm not familiar with the neighborhood ammenities. There is a mall and a movie theater. Lots of restaurants. Sometimes I have seen small festivals in the mall area. "
  • Osiris2448
"congestive. way to many people for the info structure. the roads are being widened but that takes time. that is why I say it is congested. and during the colder months way to many snow birds. they just make the problem worse. and it seems to start earlier every year."
  • Rylanerick
"Small town feel with great access to amenities and shopping. Close to airport and other wonderful things"
  • Victoriadelgado480
"We don't really have community events...I would love to see more community events happen around here."
  • Mini M.
"We’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 5 years now. Friendly safe neighborhood. Minimal traffic and very quiet and peaceful. "
  • Wermoving
"We love this area and the community. We have been blessed to live here and raise our family here. We have three kids that have attended Anthem K8 and Florence High School. Both are great schools."
  • azgirl49
"I live here. The town is growing steadily and is becoming more accessible to amenities. Many churches, nice schools, small friendly atmosphere. "
  • John
"This area is great if you want some solitude. Travel out of area is required for groceries, gas, pharmacy, etc. However, it is located about half way between Phoenix and Tuscon with good highways serving both. Freeway is approx. 30 miles to west."
