About the neighborhood This neighborhood is made up of mostly all single family homes. There are only a handful of duplexes. Of the 23 houses on this street only 4 are duplexes and all are owner occupied (except this one since we don't live there anymore). Attached to the neighborhood is Winterset Elementary School. The duplex is situated at the end of the court on one of the large pie shaped properties. Quiet street with lots of privacy.

In Summary -- If you are looking for a nice place to call home that isn't in some massive apartment complex or in some run down 100 year old house, this is what you are looking for. This is a nice place in a nice area. The neighbors are friendly and everything is well kept in the neighborhood. We are looking for someone who will respect our property and take good care of it.
