Enjoy boating, skiing, tubing, swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, 4 wheeling, bonfires, hammocks, hiking, grilling, smoking meat, happy hours, sunset cruising, and so much more! The current cabin is seasonable, but you can easily transform it into something you could use year round for ice fishing and snowmobiling.
It has electricity, but no running water or septic. It does have an ac unit for those really toasty summer days and a heater for the crispier spring and fall nights!
Great part is the land meets county requirements for you to build your dream home/cabin, and if you so choose, keep the current cabin as a bunk-house. Or, keep the current cabin like we did and enjoy it all summer, fall and spring. Or, add a park model, 5th wheel/camper(s), tents, etc. The options are really endless because it is 2 acres and 200 ft of shoreline. Current cabin is simple, functional, sturdy, cute and clean. The layout has 2 bedrooms, each with queen size beds. Living room has a couch and a futon that folds out and two chairs. Kitchen has 2 full size refrigerators, a stove, microwave and oven. Lots of storage inside with added cabinets last year! Outside, it has two newer sheds; the "lake shed" down by the water to store tubes, floaties, fishing gear, etc. And the "cabin shed" up by the cabin to store lawn mowers, grills, yard games, etc. It has a new outhouse as well; yep you read that right, how cool is that? If that is not cool to you, there is a spot in the cabin for a bathroom at somepoint:) Included in the price is the really slick newer aluminum 56 ft roll-in dock that is so easy to take in and out. All of the other stuff can be negotiated, or course.
The neighbors on each side are simply the best! Other neighbors are great too as you will be able to see them at Little Jessie's annual 4th of July Boat Parade should you choose to partake! This is a for sale by owner opportunity. We wanted to put this out there as soon as possible so families could get out and enjoy it this spring/summer, especially since everyone has been indoors a lot lately! As much as it pains us to see it go, "life happens" and it's time for us to pass the torch on to another family to create unforgettable memories "up north at the cabin!"
