It is a super rich area where parents who are immigrants of hard working cultures support their students through OUTSIDE institutions and such. The school looks like it was built with the cheapest materials nearby. The teachers are racist, have favorites, have mood swings all the time, are terrible at their jobs, etc. etc. The counselors and admin are terrible.
