Description

Why We Love Our Three Bedroom Wrentham Home (And You Should, Too!). A great place to get us started in the American Dream of home ownership. Our first single family home was a great place to create our family and put down roots in our community with friends and neighbors. The house is a 6 room, three bedroom home complete with central air and a large family room with a fireplace directly off of the kitchen featuring cathedral ceilings. Lots of hardwood floors throughout. A great feature for our family has been the finished lower level which gave us plenty of space to play and just enjoy life together. Although on a main street, the back lot is mostly fenced and has a nice level play area for the swing set. This house is all about the family "great" room. Vaulted ceilings and skylights all over make this house seem large and airy. Title 5 in hand. Seller willing to look at offers make this property a winner.
