About this House
Great location near DLI, MIIS and Downtown Monterey.
A few blocks up the hill from Downtown Monterey, Fisherman's Wharf and the Monterey Recreation Trail. The Monterey Recreation Trail is a popular trail among walker, runners and bicyclists that follow along Monterey Bay to Pacific Grove or travel the opposite direction to Del Monte Beach, NPS and beyond.
Prior to the Coronavirus lockdown, we could Enjoy fresh fruits and vegetable at the Farmer's Market on Tuesdays in Downtown Monterey. In the summer, feast and enjoy in the activities at the Custom House Plaza (in front of Fisherman's Wharf). There seemed to be some kind of festival almost every weekend in the summer. Afterwards, visit the Monterey Sports Center in Downtown to work off everything you ate.
This home is part of a triplex building in desirable Old Town Monterey Neighborhood.
The home is approximately 1,845 sq. ft. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a gas fireplace in the living room with a spacious open floor plan for the family room, kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. There are two bedrooms on the first floor at separate ends of the home each with their private bathroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs along with a full bathroom.
There is reserved carport parking for one car and additional street parking.
Washer and dryer is available on site.
The first floor was furnished in 2018. The two first floor bedrooms have queen size beds, dresser, night stand and side lamp. The living room has a couple sofas, side tables, coffee tables and a couple lamps. Family room has corner sofa, ottoman, standing lamp, tv with stand. Dining area has shelves, dining table with seating for 6. The last tenant used the two bedrooms upstairs for storage. I am open to furnishing the two bedrooms upstairs.
