About this House

This is a ranch style home that sits on 2.3 acres of land with many mature trees. The majority of the property is fenced. The driveway is long and shared with one neighbor. At the back of the house there is a large covered porch and a beautiful pool enclosed by a new wood, privacy fence. The pool liner was replaced this past summer. All flooring in the main living area is waterproof; good for dogs and people coming in from the pool. The living room, dining room, and master bath have new LVP that looks like wood. The carpet in the bedrooms was replaced a little over two years ago. The entire interior of the house was also painted two years ago. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a large eat-in kitchen area and a designated dining room. A washer and dryer will remain in the home for tenant use. The large master suite is located on the opposite side of the house as the other two bedrooms for more privacy. There is an oversized, two car garage with an attic above. The property is tucked back from the hustle and bustle; however, it is in walking distance of the Southview school district and very close to downtown Hope Mills and Hope Mills Lake (about 5 minute drive). This home is 10-15 minutes from Cape Fear Valley Health, 15-20 minutes from Fayetteville, and 25 minutes from Ft. Bragg. Dogs are allowed with pet deposit of $150 per pet. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE!

Owner will pay for every other week pool cleaning, trash pickup, and pest control. The house is equipped with a water filtration system and there will be a washer and dryer available for use. Tenant must provide regular maintenance on pool, washer and dryer.

It is infamous for break-ins, and neighbors do not keep their dogs in the yard, so we have had to deal with dog poop in the front yard; their dog barking and acting like its going to bite. Even though they have been told numerous times about this, they still do nothing. It doesn't feel safe to go walking around in this area after dark. "
