2/1 older model house. Lots of updates on the inside but still needs quit a bit of work. New cabinets, dishwasher, stove and sink in kitchen. Siding on the house needs to be done. New windows throughout as well as carpet. Has central heat and air that works great. All the remodeling was done in the last 3 years but still needs a lot of work. Land has 3 ponds, water well, and septic. Lots of trees and wildlife on the property. Property does need work as well as far as some clean up.
