Looking for someone to take over my Lambeth lease for the 2015-2016 school year. The transfer is extremely easy and is handled entirely by UVA Housing and Residence Life. The room is a double, and you would be sharing an apartment with three other boys, whom are very chill. Rent is approximately $680 a month for 9 months, and the Lambeth Field location is extremely close to many University services (bus system, JPJ, Rugby Road).     "Nothing unless you want to count the crime!!! The Spark is a terrible place to live! Gone through countless managers with everyone promising to make a change and the only thing that changes is the staff. Nothing gets fixed and the current office manager is rude. There is a serious rodent issue that everybody ignores and continually sends the insect companies to spray just so they can say they are doing something. Can’t wait to leave!!!"
