    About this House

Own 66 acres in the Ogden Valley. Zoned FV-3 with Weber County, this parcel has development potential as a cluster subdivision. Code permits approximately 1 home per 3 acres, with various requirements. Previously planned subdivision never made it through final approval, but plans are available. Originally homesteaded in the late 1800's, a property like this rarely becomes available, and opportunities with the diverse landscape are endless. Expansive eastern views of the Ogden Valley, Powder Mountain is also visible from the property. Only 15 minutes to Powder Mountain, 20 Minutes to Snow Basin Resort, and close to family friendly Nordic Valley Ski Resort. Buyer to verify accuracy of statements. 2021-08-13

    • Harrisfd
"All vacation homes, most homes are unoccupied. The few people who live here full time are very friendly. Snows a lot here, usually 1-3 feet on the ground all the time from Late November until March. Plows run frequently so roads stay pretty clear"
    • Suedella65
"There are no sidewalks. Walking after dark is dangerous because there are no street lights and there is a good amount of wildlife here(like cougars)."
