The house was remodeled 7 years ago and is located in a well established neighborhood in the Fox-Hill part of Hampton. The remodeling included new countertops, new stainless steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator). energy efficient windows, and kitchen and bathroom flooring.

The house has a large living room, large family room and a dining area off the kitchen. Parking can be in the driveway or garage. Every window has mini-blinds. Each bedroom has ceiling fans.

The house is close to nearby schools.

The house has a heat pump for central heat and air conditioning. Trash pick-up is provided by the city of Hampton.

Very pet friendly. Pets (dog and/or cat) are permitted but no exotic pets are permitted. Dogs are permitted provided the dog is a breed that is not typically considered to be a dangerous breed. The one-time pet deposit is $400. The security and pet deposits are fully refundable.

1 Year but can go month to month after one year if desired. Renter pays all utilities (water, HRSD and electric). City picks up trash. Signed lease and security deposit "secures house"

Security deposit due within 2 days of lease signing. Any pet deposit due before occupancy.

Military transfer clause provided for active duty service members.
