  • Raymond Willis

  • Raymond Willis
"Convenient with a feeling of isolation and close to hiking parks. Easy drive to expressway and to big box shopping. 15 min to down town and Old Colorado City. Great Mountain View’s "
  • Dx5twxb2g4

"Quiet. Isolated. Uneventful. Family oriented. A place for people with families and/or people who need a quiet place to recover from being at work. Or a place for people who are retired. "
  • Joe M.
"We have lived in this neighborhood almost 3 years. At first we really loved the neighborhood, as it seemed like people cared about their neighbors and the neighborhood. With the turnover in homes,it seems as the new residents have this it's all about me attitude. When we first moved here you never saw dog poop just left anywhere, now you have to be careful where you walk. "
  • Erin L.
"none . our neighbourhood doesn't do much together. many people keep to themselves. not many kids play outside & while adults spend time outside, no one really makes an effort to get to know each other. "
  • Mark B.
"Everyone is friendly. Lives as courageous neighbors. People walk their dogs. Kids play at the parks and feel safe. "
  • Jaye W
"People here complain about too much barking. My little dogs bark but they’re only outside long enough to potty. In some areas there are wild animals roaming. It’s unsafe to leave your pet unattended. I’m afraid for my dogs safety from predators when they go out so I watch them. An owl or Hawk could take them away. I wasn’t aware of this, it wasn’t in the research I did on Colorado Springs."
  • Travis N.
"It's fun watching the neighborhood "turn over" to the next generation. Lots of new families with young kids(like us) moving in. "
  • Diana M.
"Great neighbors. Active wildlife. Great hiking trails. Good schools. Convenient to many amenities."
  • Claudiapayton
"Close to excellent elementary school. Park within walking distance. Very friendly community. No area to expand in the area. Very quiet and safe. "
  • Kolleen
"There a lot of people walking their dogs, including me. Wish in the living area and park that people would clean up after their dog."
  • Sarah9699
