One of my favorite, gated, 55+ communities in Florida. I own a condo here myself, and this community is amazing. If you're not familiar with it, check out CenClubDotCom. Not only is this a beautiful community, but Grantham E is one of the best buildings in the community. Not only is it located next by a pool on one side, and clubhouse with a pool on the other, but this building is managed by a very well organized Board Of Directors, as you can see from building's website GranthamEDotCom.

This 1 bedroom 1.5 bath, 720 sq ft, fully furnished condo, with large back porch is located on the 4th (top) floor of an elevator building. Apartment has an open kitchen, and very nice floors. It comes with an assigned parking space, right in front of the building.

Monthly HOA fees are $481. Minimum downpayment must be at least 20%. Minimum credit score 650. Units must be occupied by at least one 55 yrs old or older. Apartment comes with a storage unit. Laundry on each floor.

Century Village offers the finest in 55 plus lifestyle amenities with its massive clubhouse featuring a 1500 seat theater, indoor and outdoor heated pools, Billiards, library, wood shop, stained glass, art, and clay workshops, party room, card rooms, table tennis, fitness center, shuttle bus service, pickle ball, bocce ball, tennis, shuffleboard, security and shuttle service, and so much more. Located 4 miles from beach and lots shopping nearby. You'll love this place!

Restrictions: Children/teenagers under 18 years old cannot permanently reside in the unit. No Pets, with the exception of service or support animals approved by the Board, with proper documentation(s) attesting to the medical needs for such animal. No leasing for first 24 months of purchase by new owner. No leasing as regular practice business or investment. Minimum 3 months lease, only once per 12 months. No transient leasing, such as Airbnb or other form of short term rent.

    "Overall Deerfield Beach is a place full of positive energy and people are happy to be here. In my opinion, this area is a hidden gem of a beach town that isn’t too big and isn’t too small. If I did have children, I would love to raise them in an area like this. The weather is perfect almost all year long, and during the hurricane season at least we get plenty of notice to get out of harm’s way, and people come together and help their neighbors regardless of their differences. Unfortunately nowadays that is hard to find in some parts of the United States as of late, so by all means, if you’re looking for a place that is close to it all, has great parks, beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping, great schools, public transportation, friendly people and safe clean streets, come to Deerfield Beach but don’t tell too many people unless they would be great neighbors too!! "
