Owner will provide curbside monthly recycling collection service at no additional charge. Washer and dryer units are included with the lease and are required to remain in place inside the house if you have your own set of units, please do not attempt to swap them out. Speak with property owner/manager for more details if needed. TV Mounting bracket to place TV above fireplace is provided with the home for tenant/renter use please do not attempt to remove, if hardware is lost to this mount tenant will be charged a $150 bracket replacement charge.
