Fremont Hub, the shopping mall is walking distance. It is very clean close to local sports stadium, park with kids area and tennis etc is 3 blocks. Restaurant are within 3-5 blocks. Freeway 880 is 1.5 mile and 680 is 2 mile. Getting to peninsula (Palo Alto) is a breeze as the dumbarton bridge is very convenient too. "
