Welcome to the quiet community of Cloverdale. Located minutes to all the amenities of Hixson, and a 10 minute drive to beautiful downtown Chattanooga.
This home has 3 bedrooms, with two full baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite.
All hardwoods throughout and tile in kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and very functional featuring stainless steel appliances. The view from the kitchen windows is quite nice with birds and wildlife. The DECK and porch will make your jaw drop. We just added the deck this summer. It is a warp around deck with a rocking chair front porch.
