Description

Another lovely Eagle Point Golf Community home, boasting maple floors through all of the living areas, and 10' ceilings as well. The kitchen features stainless appliances including a 5 burner gas cooktop, granite counters and a spacious peninsula for plenty of counter space. The living/great-room has a warm gas fireplace, lots of maple built-ins, and surround sound speakers in the ceiling. Master suite is very spacious with a large soaking tub, double vanities, tile floors and nice walk-in closet. There is a brand new solar system installed by PureLight power in October of 2021. This system will mean that you will not have a power bill! Out back is a very low-maintenance yard Controlled by a wireless irrigation controller and in ground sprinkler / drip system. You turn the system on and that’s it, it syncs the system to the local weather and basically runs only when needed. There is an amazing $15,000 Allen Scott designed wood-fired bread / pizza oven, as well as 3 raised and irrigated garden beds as well as a large covered patio to relax on. There is a 3 car garage with 8’ doors, the garage has enough depth to park a full size 4 door 3/4 ton short bed truck inside. Just a reminder this home is just 3 minutes from the Eagle Point golf course!

  • Trulia User
"4th of July parade and community dance. Fireworks also held at the high school. A community barbeque is also held during the early summer to thank our police force. "
  • Tim W.
"eagle point is a quite little place to live. down is small with shops and restaurants, Walmart is located on hwy 62. farmers market durning the summer, as well as a community yard sale every year..."
  • Steve H.

  • Benjamin S.
"we love eagle point for the small town feel and the common decency on the citizens. In Eagle Point we feel as if the community still has the heart to speak up when something is wrong."
  • Noreen M.
"We live & have a business here. Traffic is minimal. Kids in are area are respectful. Come watch the eagles fly over while you take a walk to the local bakery or walk your dogs to the local park! "
  • Angela
"I spent 25 years in the Rogue Valley, it's the greatest place on earth!"
  • Lavida
"Shady Cove is a great little community, with friendly residents. The community is made up of various ages, from retirees, to newlyweds and families with children and single parents. The schools here are amazing, even though they are public schools, in the District 9 , it is as if your children are in a private school, where teachers are able to give more one on one attention to your child. We also, have amazing children and teenagers here and I believe it comes from being raised in this wonderful community. Shady Cove is the pretty much the last stop on the map, before heading up to Crater Lake National Park, or for those seeking the entertainment of floating down the river in the summer time, so we get a lot of tourist through here all year long. We are only 18 miles out of Medford, but well worth the commute!"
