TV room has 65" Sony TV, living room with gas fireplace logs, a screened deck, fenced back yard, and a fire pit. The laundry room is located in the guest house which is called the Saloon.

The house is fully furnished in Air Bnb style with a flexible lease option of month to month, 6 month, or 1 year terms. This flexible lease is designed for people in transition who do not want to be locked into a year long lease; or, they may choose to have a year lease.

Rent is $2000 a month and utilities are $200 a month. Utilities include: Duke Energy, Spectrum Wi-Fi, Republic Garbage Collection, Gas Logs, Yard Maintenance, & Pest Control,

The security deposit is $1000.

Move in amount would be first month's rent and security deposit totaling $3200.

The flexible lease begins with a one month minimum that auto renews monthly as long as needed and until a 30 day notice is given. This works well for people who need a furnished place or a corporate rental/home office on a month to month basis, or, if they prefer, they may choose a year lease.

The property is located 1.5 miles from Exit 45 Interstate 77 for a commute to Mooresville and areas south to Charlotte. Lake Norman State Park is a 10 minute drive.

It is a country setting on Murdock Rd, and about 1 mile to the closest markets and shopping in Troutman. The Iredell Recreation Center is 1.5 miles away with excellent gym facilities and outdoor pool.

There are chickens and Guinea hens that free range on the property. Wildlife includes wild turkeys, foxes, raccoons, possums, squirrels, chipmunks, assorted birds, hawks, owls, and, an occasional deer or two.

It is a comfortable retreat for anyone who enjoys the charm of a vintage home surrounded by nature, gardening, and wildlife.
