Laundry is in the guest house. It is located 1.5 miles from Exit 45 Interstate 77 which makes an easy commute to Mooresville and areas south. Lake Norman State Park is a 10 minute drive.
Tenants may choose to have utilities included in rent for additional charge of 200 per month, or they may pay their own.
Utilities typically average 250 to 300+ per month if paid separately). Flexible lease offers all utilities paid by Owner with total rent being 2000 a month. Or, if tenants prefer to pay their own utilities they typically average monthly cost of:

Spectrum Wifi & Streaming 80
