The farm runs on city water, LP gas, with Alabama Power as the electric provider. The farm comes with a de-cake machine, skid steer, and single-wide mobile home located on the property. There is a nice enclosed shop building with concrete floor, a stack house, and another large barn. This is a great opportunity on a well-maintained farm. Both Pilgrim's and MarJac operate in this area. Historical gross income has averaged over $180,000 per year. There is plenty of room for a home, and to convert some of the land into pasture. My kids was going okay with their grades and the school suggested that I put them in the after-school program and my kids grade started dropping after I did it they were only in it for 2 months until I pulled them out. I really enjoyed the time that i spent there and i still go down and visit every now then to see how everyone is doing. Just about every chld who attends there has at least two or three cousins who attend the school with them. The whole community is very involved with the activities that the school has to offer.
