Current tenants are realtors with Alain Pinel Realtors in Saratoga, CA. We are moving to Tucson, Arizona, so are helping the owner to rent the home. We have lived here for 18 months, and know the house very well! We have really enjoyed our stay and know you will like it, too! It's a great and very private location - walk to Whole Foods, the Pruneyard Shopping Center, light rail and more. Only 1/2 mile from Hwy 17 and I-880 and 1 mile from Hwy 85 and I-280. eBay's large, and still active campus is just across the street!Home features 1953 look and feel with hardwood, with colorful tile, retro kitchen, and baths. The living room is huge and a room to which people flock. The separate dining room with hardwood floors is elegant. Our favorite spot is the small table in the kitchen which looks out to the lemon tree, garden, and front yard. It's great for keeping tabs on the neighborhood.The garage is huge, and the private courtyard is great for storing boats, RV's, etc. or space for all kinds of activities for kids and adults. You can install a canopy over the entire courtyard with steel capped pins in concrete at the corners for tie down. Backyard avocado tree will yield a year's supply of guacamole and there's room for small children to play within earshot of the kitchen.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful - we have had no problems at all in the 18 months we have been here. Neighbors are mostly highly educated, high tech employees of Google, Apple, eBay and other large Silicon Valley companies and start ups.Tenant pays all utilities and landscaping. Minimum credit score 650.
