The place has a lot of charm; a spiral staircase leads to the second floor where the bedroom and spare room are located. There is an entrance to both the main floor and top floor via the home's main hallway, making it convenient to move furniture in and out. Ample off-street parking. Laundry room in the home with modern washer/dryer (not coin machines). Rent includes heat in the winter. Gas and electric separate.
No smoking indoors, but plenty of nice grounds outside. The home is located a couple of blocks away from the Halethorpe MARC station, literally a 3-minute walk; perfect for anyone whom would like to commute to & from work. Unfortunately, no cats or dogs. If you're interested, please call or text.
