"The area is great for families. The streets are clean, safe and generally only local traffic. There is a park, baseball field and tennis courts within walking distance. The beach and the bay are an easy walk. Many people walk dogs and ride bikes in the area."

"There are less families with young children. Not many school aged kids. Schools are struggling because of this. Schools may need to consolidate regionalization. In spite of this the Town is in the process of building a new synthetic turf field ."
