Cannot be rented as an AirBnB, but superb as a second home for the owner, friends and family. Built for summer use only; however, the bones are there to upgrade into something for colder seasons. One-of-a-kind and you must see to believe.

Also close to Bear & Summit mountains for skiing,hiking and all year long activities. Quite and no light pollution so you can see all the beautiful stars!! We get kids occasionally with vaykay weekenders, but all in all its just a great place to live with Bear Lake a block away!!"
