Riverview is a spacious residence with majestic views of the Hudson River. The living and dining rooms are very roomy with an over-sized sliding glass door leading to the deck with the Hudson River views. As per town regulations, the finished lower-level room is considered a guest area, bonus room or home-office, but is not "legally" considered a bedroom. The Hudson Valley area has several wineries, orchards and farms where you will find fresh eggs, cheeses, honey, maple syrup, produce and 'U Pick" orchards in season - apples, pears, cherries, peaches, grapes, berries and even pumpkins and Christmas trees. These are just minutes away, plus ample shopping and dining, and much more. Conveniently located within minutes of Rhinebeck, Woodstock, Saugerties, Kingston, Highland New Paltz, Route 9W and NYS Thruway.
