The Great Smokey Mountain Railroad runs out of town and there's plenty of First Class Rainbow Trout Fishing available on the Tuckaseegee River. This is a Great place to Retire!"

  • Crystal A.
"it's very spacious and open. there's a lot of nature out here. houses are spread out, a part from neighbors so there's no issues if dogs bark a lot."

"Deep Creek Community, where this lot is located, has its own community pool, basketball courts, tennis courts and nearby is the entrance to the Great Smoky National Park with hiking trails, tubing, fishing, horseback ridge. Nearby is Cherokee with Harrah's casino, and many golf courses in the area. Asheville is 1 hr. east. The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad is nearby for family fun.
