    "I've enjoyed living here for the past 7 years. It has a quiet country feel with neighbors who are willing to help when needed. The house is centrally located between Mooresville, Hickory, Newton-Conover, Statesville, Lincolnton and Denver. About 10-12 miles in each directions give or take a few miles. The schools are great and located less than 5 miles from the home. There is a local fire department within 2 miles of the house. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic except for the residents who live here. Would make a great 1st time home or come retire here with other retirees in the neighborhood. Either way it is a great place to live and this home is move in ready! Come take a look!!"
