Great location on Sears Rd. and Rd. 1, in Gerber Groves. Only Sears Rd (dirt) separates this property from the Okaloacoochee Slough State Forest. Producing citrus grove with barns and outbuildings associated with grove use. There is also an older mobile (currently occupied by a worker). There are 2 parcels, separated by a canal, one on Sears Rd and the other facing Rd. 1. Land is currently a producing citrus grove, but a good deal of land in this area is used for farming. It is also a great recreational property and there's lots of game and wildlife due to the scarcity of people and proximity to the OK Slough. The land is platted. There is a system of connecting canals in Gerber Groves, which are used for irrigation purposes. It is located in the Gerber Groves Water Control District, which has a tax that is collected with the County Property Taxes. One of the best locations in Gerber!
