The side deck is fenced for privacy and has a walkway to a raised flower bed adjoining a small shed which could be used as a potting shed. There is a 12x8 shed as well as a 20x12 workshop. There back yard is completely fenced. Parking is a covered two car carport & one car carport at the back of the driveway. There is room for parking boats, RVs, etc. This yard has trees & shrubs all around. The lot size is 71x208x72x217 which is .35 acre. There are no HOA fees.
