The side deck is fenced for privacy and has a walkway to a raised flower bed adjoining a small shed which could be used as a potting shed. There is a 12x8 shed as well as a 20x12 workshop. There back yard is completely fenced. Parking is a covered two car carport & one car carport at the back of the driveway. There is room for parking boats, RVs, etc. This yard has trees & shrubs all around. The lot size is 71x208x72x217 which is .35 acre. There are no HOA fees. This property is located off of Wesley Rd & Hwy 17 Bypass in Murrells Inlet & is conveniently located. There are medical facilities, shopping, Inlet Square Mall, the beach, franchise restaurants and some of the best seafood restaurants around all within a five mile radius.
