"My neighborhood has a farely resonable commute to just about anywhere once you get onto the expressway but you live in Callahan because of the small town feel not for the commute."

"Dogs run unleashed and they get into the trash and some are aggressive breeds. Owners don't seem to care about the dogs. There's literally a pack of dogs that are running around the neighborhood. "

"Quiet Rural area on Nassau-Duval County Line surrounded by State Forest and Wetlands.so limited growth in area. SEDA Family Sub-Div IV with many young families and Retired military Families. 15 miles from Market City shopping and JAX Airport. 30 minutes from NAS Jacksonville and OP Mall. 40 minutes from NSB Kings Bay, Ga. More shopping is being built just 8 miles from sub-division"
