You will love this nice 3 bedroom manufactured double wide home. It has large airy rooms, and two FULL bathrooms. The living room is an amazing space, it has pretty wood floors, high ceilings, and it's quite large. The master bedroom is also a nice size, and has plenty of room for a full bedroom suite. It also has a large updated walk in closet. The other two bedrooms are also large enough to provide plenty of room for your needs. It was refreshed when purchased in 2016, with repainted tape and textured walls, and has wood flooring through the living areas, and carpet in the bedrooms. There is fresh paint inside and outside, and the kitchen was updated with a new stove, new dishwater, and new garbage disposal when purchased 4 years ago. The main bathroom was redone, and I'm in the process of redoing the master bath. I am adding a shower, and tub unit. I planned on removing the shower stall rather than updating it. I will leave that to the new owner. This bathroom has plenty of storage, As for the lot, NO HOA here, you own this 6400 Sq.Ft. lot, and can do what you want. Also has a nice shed in the back yard with plenty of play room for the kids, a cute corner garden area,, and a fenced in front yard off the laundry room for the pets. You really must see to appreciate. We are currently living in it, and there are two renter's who will not be out until beginning of December, so it will not be available for move in till the end of December. But veiwing can start end of November. I have listed pictures, and you are welcome to drive by. but do not walk into the fenced yard. There are small dogs who may bite.

They no longer trim palm trees, & the water has been off since yesterday-no notice given, no way to reach anyone, office closed on weekends.Tried calling office number, it's out of order! Mgmt is rubbish, no way to contact anyone to address or improve anything. If you value your sanity, don't move here."
