Beautiful home in Seascape, located on the Seascape Golf Course, Hole #15. Except for the kitchen, home has been remodeled and updated. Hardwood floors throughout, carpets only in 3 bedrooms. Master bathroom just went through an extensive update, including stone bathtub, granite counters, mahogany doors and cabinets. Master bathroom also has a walk-in closet. Great room was just enhanced and finished with brand new hardwood floors, built in brand new 65inch TV's, with the latest Smart Technology. Great room is HUGE!! Home is being rented partially furnished. Two additional bedrooms that have been occupied by my grandchildren are newly carpeted and can be rented with the existing bunk beds (grandkids have outgrown). The smallest bedroom is directly across bedroom 2, down the hall from the Master Bedroom, giving plenty of separation and privacy. There is a nicely sized Office next to the Master bedroom as well. Pet: Yes, we will gladly accept one small Dog under 30 pounds, with a $7000.00 deposit (slightly more than required). Furniture: We can/will negotiate items you'd rather NOT be included. As an older couple we have decided to make Florida our semi-permanent home. Because my husbands business will remain in Aptos, we will live between Aptos and Florida. Our home (457 Pebble Beach Drive), has a downstairs area that has been very useful for in-laws, family, etc. It is completely self contained with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. This 600 sq ft-one bedroom unit is below part of the main house. The 600 square feet is not included in the 2,677 square feet of the home being offered for lease, nor is this space included in the Lease. The unit has an entrance behind the home that we would always use for entry. Any prospective tenant would have to be comfortable knowing that we will be entering our private apartment below the home very occasionally.

We know many people have a pet. We will accept one small dog under 30 pounds. No liquid filled aquariums, fish, cats, birds, or any other animal or reptile allowed.
